Always always work in the yourdomain-www folder, leaving the rest of them alone. They may look like 'duplicates', that's ok! thats as it should be to keep your site running smoothly.

Permissions: You can adjust permissions for particular files and folders. You should have a clear understanding file permissions before changing them.

What's in a name? File names should not have spaces. If you need to separate words in a file name use an underscore _ as a separator.

Default welcome page won't go away? as noted in the welcome letter, you will need to delete or overwrite our placeholder index file with your own.

Can't delete or rename a file? most likely the filename does have a space in it. You can delete it via an FTP software program, or contact support for help.

Now we are looking at the directory your files will be in (again, you may click to enlarge). The stats and cgi-bin folders that you see must always remain for your site functionality. Do not delete them.

From here you can create a directory (possibly for images as we have here), create and edit files, upload files (one at a time), as well as rename and delete files. You can also set file permissions and password protect files.
